We are currently recruiting for a†Senior Project Manager or a†Project Manager for the SmartSupplies team† who will be responsible for managing enterprise-wide implementations of Bracketís SmartSupplies product suite for global pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.† SmartSupplies is the leading software solution enabling life sciences organizations to manage all aspects of the clinical supply chain including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, labeling, distribution, and the return and reconciliation of unused drug.† SmartSupplies is currently experiencing tremendous growth and the Project Manager position will be a critical position facilitating that growth via the management of implementations of this product for new and existing customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Note:† Other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead software implementation projects/ Provide project management and oversight to client implementations
  • Manage all aspects of assigned client implementations (resources, timelines, tasks, deliverables)
  • Manage project finances including tracking of milestone achievement, billings, and overall progress reporting against budgets
  • Monitor project dependencies and risks and escalate issues as necessary
  • Ensure overall quality of deliverables and adherence to project plan and budget
  • Monitor and manage adherence to contractual project scope
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining project schedule and quality deliverables in a dynamic environment
  • Coordinate with other Client Services personnel as well as Infrastructure and Product resources to ensure the timely and quality preparation of project deliverables based on assigned scope-of-services.
  • Ensure alignment of Bracket and client project methodologies
  • Oversee development and approval of study materials (detailed project plan, RACI, communication plan) and achieve client acceptance per project timelines
  • Prepare status reports, gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
  • Present to project stakeholders on progress, problems & solutions
  • Track project performance; analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goalsEnhance the Bracket business model by institutionalizing business processes, implementing best practices and templates, and seeking ways to work more efficiently
  • Oversee, evaluate and mentor direct reports via formal performance appraisals and informal coaching Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and client personnel
  • Maximize opportunities at existing clients for Bracket, encompassing Change Orders and new projects Manage relationships within assigned client accounts including routine written, telephone and face-to-face communication Provide account updates to Bracket account management teams Assist with the development of new clients as necessary Support pre-sales activities and manage service contracts together with the Business Development and service delivery departments

Do you have the right background for this job?

Required Skills and Experience

  • College degree (B.S., B.A.)/University Degree for EU candidates or equivalent years of experience.
  • 4+ yearsí experience in a client-facing ERP or similar IT project management role
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, but not required
  • Pharmaceutical and/ or supply chain experience preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Experience managing direct and indirect resources in a functionally matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • Fluency in English (will be required to write, speak and understand English to conduct day-to day business)
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Focus on attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to travel ~25% (domestic & international)
